Counselling
Counselling provides a space to speak openly and confidentially about
things that are causing you distress. This may be things that have happened in your past,
or current difficulties you are facing.

Your counsellor will work with you to explore what is going on for you, and help you to manage this.

Counselling can help with difficult emotions such as sadness, frustration, low self esteem or anger.
It can also benefit you if you are experiencing anxiety, depression or other mental health challenges.

They are experienced, professionally qualified counsellors and are members of either
the British Association of counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the National Counselling Society (NCS).
